Providers of health and human services and emergency resource services are encouraged to submit information regarding their organization and services for inclusion in 2-1-1 Maine ’s Web-based Resource Directory. There is no charge to be listed in 2-1-1 Maine ’s Resource Directory 2-1-1.
Include your organization:
1. Review 2-1-1 Maine Resource Directory Criteria for Inclusion
2. Review Instructions for Completing Agency Profile Forms
3. Review and complete Agency Profile Forms
4. Return the completed form to Resources@211maine.org
